How Do I Start?
Pick the package that best suits your needs. How much video do you need? Some sports (swimming or track for example) are very stat orientated and may not need a skills or game video, but others (such as football, softball, etc) have both stats and skills that need to be seen.

Collect photos of yourself for your website. We suggest at least 2 pictures: one where coaches can see your face and another of you in action. These ideally should be digital so that you can simply email them when we are ready to put them on the website. If you want to have a photo gallery, these photos should be sent to us digitally.

Fill out the Recruitment Information Sheet. We built this sheet based on what many coaches are asking for in their own questionnaires. We will use this information to build your profile on your website so coaches can have this information right up front.

If you choose to have video on your website, then your highlight, skills, or game film will need to be sent to us. We will convert your highlight, skills, or game film from VHS, DV or DVD to high-quality video as part of the package price. The skills video should be around 4 - 12 minutes.
However, if you have highlights that are on different VHS tapes or multiple locations on a VHS tape, then there will be a $200 charge to splice the highlight film together. Many coaching staffs have personnel that will do this for you, so ask your coach. If not and you have access to 2 VCR's (or a duel deck VCR), then you can save this money by doing it yourself by following this tutorial.
